Hakikisha is a free service for all M-PESA customers. It allows you to confirm the recipient’s name and number before completing a money transfer, the agent’s name when withdrawing cash, and the account name when paying via Pay Bill or depositing with an M-PESA agent.

All customers are automatically opted in, no menu update required.
