How to Access this Service

Via M-PESA App

Launch the M-PESA App.
Log in with your M-PESA PIN.
On the navigation bar, select Transact, choose Global then click Continue.
Enter your details and M-PESA PIN.
You’ll receive a confirmation SMS once successfully opted in.

Via USSD

Dial *334#.
Select Send Money then choose M-PESA Global.
Enter your location (e.g., Safaricom House, Waiyaki Way).
Accept Terms & Conditions.
Enter your M-PESA PIN.
You’ll receive a confirmation SMS once successfully opted in.
