M-PESA Portal (G2)
The M-PESA Portal gives your business a simple, secure way to manage M-PESA transactions online, whether you’re making payments to customers, paying other businesses, handling bulk payments, or collecting funds using a shortcode.
Eligibility
If your business has an active shortcode (Paybill or Till) and a Business Administrator created by Safaricom, you can access and use the M-PESA Portal.
How to Access
You can access the portal directly from any web browser. Once your Business Administrator is set up by Safaricom, they’ll receive login credentials to get started.
To log in, visit: https://org.ke.m-pesa.com and enter your credentials.
User Roles
The Business Administrator can create other users on the system and assign them specific roles, such as:
- Business Web Operator: Can initiate transactions, access statements, and check balances.
- Business Manager: Approves transactions, checks balances, and accesses statements.
- Business Auditor: Has view-only access to monitor and review records.
