Types of Ratiba

My Subscriptions – Automated. Once you approve a bill or payment, Ratiba will deduct it automatically if you have enough funds in your wallet.
My Reminders – Manual. Ratiba reminds you when a payment is due, but you’ll complete the transaction yourself.

How to access

*USSD 334# (Option 9) – Supports the automatic model only.
M-PESA Ratiba Mini-App (Super App) – Supports both automated payments and reminders.
