Making a Difference With the 2023 Lewa Safari Marathon
The Safaricom-powered Lewa Safari Marathon took place on June 24th at Lewa Conservancy. With over 1,200 participants, including six-time champion Frida Lodepa, the race offered 42km, 21km, and 10km races, along with a children's 5km category. Considered one of the world's most breathtaking and challenging marathons, the Lewa Safari Marathon raises funds for wildlife and heritage conservation. Since 2000, it has raised over $8 million.
