AliExpress M-PESA

Shopping on AliExpress is now easier than ever. Got everything you need in your cart? You can pay directly with your M-PESA on checkout. Simply: 

• Select M-PESA as your payment method. 
• Enter your mobile phone number. 
• You’ll receive a prompt on your phone — type in your M-PESA PIN. 
• Done! Your payment is complete. 

Your final cost will be shown in KES, with only the standard Lipa Na M-PESA Paybill charges applied. You can still use your post office box number as your delivery address, just like before. 

Note: Your courier or tax office may apply additional levies depending on the order. 

Getting Started 

• To start using M-PESA on AliExpress: 
• Download the AliExpress App (Google Play or App Store) or shop via the AliExpress website. 
• Create an AliExpress account. 
• Register your M-PESA number to enable payments. 

How to Pay on the AliExpress App 

1. Open the AliExpress App. 
2. Pick the product you want to buy. 
3. Tap Buy Now, then Continue. 
4. Add your shipping address. 
5. Go to Select Payment Method and choose M-PESA. 
6. Enter your mobile number. 
7. Approve the prompt on your phone by entering your M-PESA PIN. 

If Something Goes Wrong 

You can raise a dispute if: 

• Delivery is late: Your items don’t arrive within the expected time. (Tip: try messaging the seller first.) 
• Item issues: The product is damaged or not as described. 

To report a dispute: 

• Go to the AliExpress Report Center, or 
• From the AliExpress App: 
• Log in and open My Orders. 
• Select the order and tap View Detail. 
• Click Raise Dispute. 

Note: Disputes for undelivered goods can only be opened once the delivery window has passed.
