How to access the service
This service is available to all M-PESA registered customers through:
1. Bank to M-PESA (via USSD)
- Register for Mobile Banking with your bank to receive your bank’s USSD code.
- Dial the code and follow the instructions (menus vary by bank).
- Instantly move money from your bank account to your M-PESA wallet.
2. M-PESA to Bank (via PayBill)
- Go to the M-PESA menu on your phone.
- Select Lipa na M-PESA then click Paybill.
- Enter your bank’s business number (ask your bank for this).
- Enter your account number (your bank account number).
- Enter the amount and your M-PESA PIN.
- You’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
