Updating your M-PESA menu ensures you always have access to the latest products and services.

To update:

Go to your Safaricom Menu (SIM Toolkit)
Select M-PESA, then select My Account
Choose Update Customer Menu
Enter your M-PESA PIN
Select OK on the pop-up to allow the update
You’ll get a success message once the update is complete.
