Change M-PESA PIN

You can change your PIN anytime, especially if you feel it’s no longer secure. This can be done via the M-PESA App, USSD *334#, or the SIM Toolkit.

Via M-PESA App

Log in and open your account profile on the top left
Select Personal Account
Tap Change PIN
Enter and confirm your new PIN

Via USSD 334#

Dial *334# and select My Account
Choose Change M-PESA PIN
Enter your current PIN
Enter and confirm your new PIN

Via SIM Toolkit / Safaricom Menu

Open SIM Toolkit and select M-PESA
Go to My Account
Select Change M-PESA PIN
Enter your current PIN
Enter and confirm your new PIN
