- Shareholding Structure of the company up to the individual level e.g.CR12 in Kenya
- BOF1/BOF2 Form (Local companies)/A fully filled UBO declaration form declaring the ultimate beneficial owners of the company
- Audited financial statements for the last two years e.g.,2022-2023 and 2023-2024 FY
- KRA returns acknowledgment receipts for two years e.g.,2023 and 2024 FY
- Certifications/Accreditations (Where Applicable)
- Agency Partnership (Where applicable)
- CVs/Resumes/Summary Profiles of key staff of the company
- Management Policies: Health & Safety, Employee Integrity, Data Protection & Cyber Security, CSR, Waste Management, Customer Service, Environmental, Bribery & Corruption, Risk Management/Business Continuity, Code of Conduct/Ethics and Company employment policy
- Insurance covers like WIBA, Professional Indemnity, Employer Liability, Public Liability etc.
- Three recommendation letters/testimonials/References/Customer stories. The recommendation letters should be on the company's letter head, stamped and signed and should not be more than five years old
