Grilled Chicken, Sautè Sweet Potatoes & Avocado salad
- 2 full chicken (500g each)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of rosemary
- 2 bunches of Parsley
- 1 bunch of coriander (Dhania)
- 1 (ripe?) orange
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 4 medium sized sweet potatoes
- 25ml vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 avocado
- 2 red onions
- 1 tomato
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Sautè Sweet Potatoes
- 4 medium sized sweet potatoes
- 1 bunch of coriander (Dhania)
- 1 red onion
- Salt and Black pepper (to taste)
Guacamole
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 a bunch of parsley
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
