Over the last five years, Safaricom has given value to a range of stakeholders, from customers, who now enjoy a broad range of products, M-PESA services, and personalised options that make connectivity possible.

In the same period, Safaricom has invested KSh18 billion in communities through the Safaricom Foundation and the M-PESA Foundation.

The money has been used to finance projects in health, environment, education, and economic empowerment.

Shareholders in Kenya’s largest listed business have received more than KSh250 billion in dividends over the last five years, with the government receiving between KSh120 billion and 155 billion in taxes annually from the business.
